RouteConversion uses HTTPS to protect the connection to the website. Verpex provides website hosting infrastructure.
Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents through support messages.
External payment pages
When using an external payment page, review the merchant identity, product, currency, total amount and recurring conditions before confirming payment.
The external provider’s payment conditions and privacy notice apply to information submitted on its page. The website does not receive full card details merely from a redirect.
Payment records
Keep the receipt issued by the payment provider and the email instructions associated with the order. Use the provider’s transaction record and receipt when checking payment details or asking for assistance.
The thank-you page sends browser advertising events when visited. Those events do not verify a real payment or email delivery.
